Sara Beach Sara Beach was awarded the High Performance Award because she willingly takes on new challenges and clearly builds strong relationships with our distributors, policyholders, her department’s associates and others within our company. A contact center supervisor, Sara listens to and implements many suggestions to improve the productivity of her area. Through her actions and words, Sara lives our vision for best-in-class customer service every day. Named High Performance Associate of the Year for 2010, Sara gave an inspiring talk at an All Associates Meeting. Tammi Dietz Annuity specialist Tammi Dietz earned a High Performance Award based on her high level of service to producers and dedication to quality in her work, for which she received many producer compliments. Tammi has built a strong rapport with our distributors, which is important to the long-term success of our sales efforts. Our distributors also commented on Tammi’s impressive knowledge in her area of expertise. Tammi makes an impact each day through her dedication to doing what is right for our company and customers. Commission Accounting Team Our first “team” award was presented in 2010 to Shelley Dittenber, Lori Jimenez and Kylie Kallhoff, Assurity’s commission accounting team. This group of highly engaged associates received this award because they took the initiative to create a workshop to find innovative ways to improve their service. The team evaluated and explored ways to improve various procedures, and addressed questions and concerns from their customers. Their good work also helped promote another of our key values—the building of effective relationships. “The commission accounting team is a great example of associates who were willing to innovate. They gather and analyze information to improve not only how they function as a team, but also how they can better serve their customers,” their supervisor said. |
